January Favourites - Monthly Favourites Series

Happy 2021 and welcome to a BRAND NEW SERIES on my blog! In this series I'm going to be releasing a favourites post monthly. There are so many beauty and skincare products, clothes, and lifestyle products that I use that I don't get to share with you guys. I want to let you guys know all the things that have worked well for me so that you guys can benefit from it too. So, without further ado, let's start January Favourites!

The Inkey List

Lets start off with skin care because 2020 (and let's be real 20201 as well) hav not been great and body wants bad skin on top of that. Incase you didn't know, The Inkey List is a skincare brand that is affordable and focuses on the formulation more than the packaging. But I definitely do not mind if im getting a quality formulation. The Inkey List is available at Shoppers Drug Mart and now at Sephora as well. I purchased a few things this month: the Retinol Eye Cream, Q10 Face Serum, and a Hyperpigmentation Serum. Again, great items and great ingredients at an awesome price. (I will update you all on what I think)

Mejuri Croissant Ring

This one is super shiny! I ended up getting myself the Mejuri Croissant Ring earlier in January and I'm in LOVE. If you want to know my full thoughts on Mejuri check out my previous post, called Mejuri Jewelry Review, but I do love this ring. It's large enough to be a substantial piece that you could wear on its own. So if you are looking to buy one piece form Mejuri, this is it. Its iconic, it's stunning and it screams Mejuri.

Revlon Blow Dryer Brush

Okay this one is going to be alive saver for those who spend more than 1/2 an hour straitening their hair. This baby has reduced my hair straitening routine from about an hour to 20 minutes! Thats amazing. The Revlon Blow Dryer Brush is so efficient I basically blow dry my hair every time I was my hair! Super easily incorporated into your routine. Do yourself a favour and get yourself one!

Double Walled Mug

Double walled mugs are actually game changers. I thought they were just aesthetically pleasing so I got myself some, but they actually have a purpose :p. With double Walled mugs you can put piping hot drinks in your mug or freezing cold drinks and you will not feel it at all. And since I'm drinking ice coffees all day every day, this prevents condensation forming on my mug and dripping everywhere on my desk!

Fuzzy Slippers

Okay do I really need to go into detail abut why fuzzy slippers worth it? I hope not :p But I did find a cute pair at a very good price at the QE Home store in Halifax Shopping Centre (if you are local). They are very warm and comfortable.

Maybelline Lipgloss

Lats but not least I just wanted drop in and give you a dupe, if I may, to the Fenty Beauty Cream lipglosses. The Lifter Glosses by Maybelline are great. They are just sheer enough but also opaque enough. They also have the sae size doe-foot applicator. So if you were thinking of getting the Fenty Beauty gloss but wanted to test it out, why not try the Lifter Gloss?
